About the Event
Aisling is a Senior Level 3 teacher, and has a wonderfully relaxed and warm way of teaching that inspires and challenges us to reach our potential.
Event Details
Saturday 10th October: 10am - 4pm. All abilities.
Sunday 11th October: 10am - 4pm. Intermediate. Suitable for those with three years Iyengar yoga experience.
Drinks and snacks provided, please bring your own light lunch, relax in our gorgeous gardens or our spacious studio and lounge.
