Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, a refund will be issued if a ticketholder cancels their booking at least 14 days prior to the scheduled workshop date.

Cancellations received within 14 days of the scheduled workshop date are not eligible for a refund.  In exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of IYI, a refund may be issued on cancellation by the ticketholder within 14 days of the workshop.

Any refund arising from cancellation by the ticketholder is subject to an administration charge.

Event tickets are transferable to another suitably qualified yoga student, provided that the original purchaser notifies IYI of the new ticketholder’s details.

In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by IYI, ticketholders will receive a full refund.

By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation & refund policy.
