About the Event
Aisling will be teaching an Iyengar Yoga Week in Tavira, Algarve, Portugal from Saturday 29th August - Saturday 5th September 2026. The programme will consist of six morning asana practices from 8:00 - 10:30am, and four afternoon Pranayama practices (excluding Tuesday and Friday) from 5:00 - 6:30pm. Classes start on Sunday morning with the last class finishing on Friday morning.
