About the Event
Join Claire for a weekend yoga autumn retreat (all levels) at Carlingford Yoga. The weekend will start on the Friday evening with a yoga class and dinner. Saturday begins with meditation (optional) followed by morning asana class then brunch. There’s a guided walk in the afternoon or chill out with a book. You will enjoy a restorative class before the evening meal. Sunday is more leisurely with breakfast followed by a mid-morning class before we end the retreat with lunch.
