About the Event
Bridget & Yoga in Kerry present an intimate yoga retreat in Kenmare. Accomodation is in a lovely house with attached Yoga Room - twin rooms for guests. Perfect for tuning out & tuning in to your inner self.
A Small group means lots of individual attention & hopefully new learning opportunities for all.
All meals are provided, but no Celebrity Chef! Meals will be planned, & somewhat prepped in advance, but we will all help out in the kitchen, Grainne & Dee will be our Kitchen chiefs. Do let me know dietary requirements in advance.
A non refundable deposit of 100€ is required by 7th Febuary. Please pay by Revolut/Bank Transfer. I will send details individually. Outstanding amount paid on the day, cash or digital transfer.
Arrival anytime after 4pm on the Friday, snacks soup & nibbles will be served before or after the Restorative 8-9.30pm class, your choice. The later class start is to accommodate those working till 5.
A wholesome Brunch will be served Sat & Sun after the energetic morning session & a great big lovely communal dinner Saturday evening. Check out is 2pm Sunday (although not strict!)
