Join Aisling at Quinta Pomar, Santa Luzia, near Tavira, Portugal for an Iyengar Yoga holiday.

Aisling is a Senior Level 3 Iyengar Yoga Teacher, assessor, IYUK mentor, expert in Yoga Therapy and regularly leads Professional Development Iyengar days. She has been to Pune, India, on many occasions to study with the Iyengar family and is regarded as one of Ireland’s leading Iyengar experts.

Quinta Pomar is newly built yoga retreat centre 40 mins from Faro Airport / 15 mins drive from Tavira & walking distance to the beach.

Retreat includes:

• 6 morning Asana practices from 8.30 am to 11am (classes start on Sunday morning with the last class finishing on Friday morning)
• 4 afternoon Pranayama practices – excluding Tuesday and Friday - 5.00 pm to 6.30pm
• 7 nights’ accommodation
• 6 x vegetarian brunches and 5 x 3 course vegetarian evening meals (excludes Tues & Fri)
• all tuition fees
• all Iyengar yoga equipment
• on-site catering facilites
