About the Event
Experience a 5-day Iyengar Yoga retreat with Bridget at Lucia Yoga, a luxurious Mediterranean getaway in Valencia, Spain.
The retreat features four morning yoga sessions (8:00am - 10:00am) from Monday to Thursday, and five afternoon yoga sessions (5:00pm - 6:30pm) from Sunday to Thursday. The package includes a three-course dinner from Sunday to Thursday and a buffet brunch from Monday to Thursday.
The retreat center offers a dipping pool and a bar.
Group transfers are provided to and from Valencia airport at pre-arranged group times.
Flights are not included. A group flight departs from Cork on Sunday at 12:00pm, and from Valencia on Friday at 5:45am.
An optional visit to Valencia Old Town, including dinner and return taxi, is available for an additional €60.
