About the Event
The retreat includes seven hours of both active and restorative yoga, delicious shared meals, and a special nutrition workshop led by Nutritional Therapist Chen Saat Murphy. You’ll stay in cosy, elegant accommodation just a short walk from the Atlantic, with plenty of time to explore, relax, and reconnect.
