We are delighted to welcome Garth back to Dublin this November to teach a 3 days workshop in Blackrock, Co Dublin. There will be two classes on the Friday evening and classes all day Saturday and Sunday.

About the Event
We are delighted to welcome Garth McLean back to Dublin in November 2024 for his third workshop in Ireland.
Garth is a Level 3 (Intermediate Senior 3) Iyengar yoga teacher based in Los Angeles, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1996. Since then he has successfully used the practice of Iyengar yoga to manage his condition and stay in remission. Garth shares the gift of Iyengar yoga around the world and is a truly inspirational teacher for both ‘regular’ students and those with MS or other neurological conditions. He maintains that “… the practice of Iyengar Yoga is accessible to all. The beauty is it can be adapted to suit whatever condition the student may be facing at whatever level of ability”. Garth studies annually with the Iyengar family in Pune, India.

Friday 1st Nov 2024: 4 - 6pm & 6.30- 8.30pm
Saturday 2nd Nov 2024: 10am -1pm & 2- 4pm
Sunday 3rd Nov 2024: 10am -12.30am & 1.30- 3.30pm
The weekend will be a general workshop open to all, with the 4.00-6.00pm session on Friday focusing more specifically on the needs of students with MS (or related neurological conditions) and teachers. Students with MS are very welcome to attend the whole weekend and asanas will be adapted accordingly for people with challenges.
Cost:
Full Weekend: €160 members, €185 non members
Friday 6.30 -8.30/Sat & Sun: €150 members, €175 non members
Saturday & Sunday only: €130 members, €155 non members
Friday 4-6pm only: €35 - do not need to be a member
Friday 6.30 -8.30pm only: €35 members, €50 non members
Friday 2 session: €60 members, €75 non members
Saturday or Sunday only: €75 members, €90 non members
