Online beginners Iyengar yoga classes held once a month. Free to IYI members and first class free for non-member. **Tickets for this class will be released at midday on Saturday the 13th of June.** Please note registration for this class will close at lunchtime on Friday 19th June.

IYI are running FREE online Beginners classes once a month. These classes will be led by different Iyengar Yoga teachers each month. June's class will be led by Aisling Guirke.
Aisling is Ireland’s most senior Iyengar Yoga teacher, holding the Senior Intermediate Level III certification. She has studied extensively with the Iyengar family in India and has played a leading role in developing Iyengar Yoga in Ireland.
In 1993, she established Ireland’s first Iyengar Yoga teacher training programme and has since trained and assessed many teachers through the Crumlin Yoga Centre in Dublin.
