Online beginners Iyengar yoga classes held once a month. Free to IYI members and first class free for non-member. **Tickets for this class will be released on Sunday the 19th of April at 12.30pm.** Please note registration for this class will close at lunchtime on Saturday 25th April.

About the Event
IYI are running FREE online Beginners classes once a month. These classes will be led by different Iyengar Yoga teachers each month. April's class will be led by Tara McEvoy.
Tara has practiced Iyengar Yoga for the past 25 years and she received her Level 1 teaching certificate in 2017. She has a warm teaching style adn welcomes all levels.
Tara is dedicated to the Iyengar system, regularly learning with teachers at home and abroad. She continues to inspire her many students as owner and manager of the Sligo Yoga Centre.
The classes will last one hour, and will be FREE to IYI members. Non-members will be able to join one free class, after which the student would need to join IYI to access any more free classes.
