About the Event
IYI are running FREE online Beginners classes once a month. These classes will be led by different Iyengar Yoga teachers each month. January's class will be led by SARA FALVEY.
Sara Falvey is a Level 1 Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience. She teaches weekly classes in Galway and works with adults, teens and children, with a strong focus on clarity, accessibility and buiding confidence in beginners. Sara is passionate about introducing students to the Iyengar method in a steady, supportive way, helping people develop strength, mobility and undertanding over time. She also runs an online yoga studio offering structured on-demand classes for home practice.
The classes will last one hour, and will be FREE to IYI members. Non-members will be able to join one free class/year, after which the student would need to join IYI to access any more free classes. Tickets for the…
