About the Event
About Cristina Costa
Cristina is a Senior Intermediate One teacher of Iyengar yoga and is a regular visitor to the Ramamani Institute in Pune. She trained with Corinne Birya and has since taught and studied with Gabriella Guibilaro internationally. She has dedicated her life to the practice and sharing of BKS Iyengar’s teachings and has a warm teaching style emphasising precision and clarity with great patience. This will be Cristina’s second visit to Ireland and shouldn’t be missed!
Cristina is based in France and teaches in French and English online and from her base in Perpignon.
