About the Event
Claire is one of a handful of Level 3 () Iyengar yoga teachers in Northern Ireland and has developed Maitri Studio as a base for Iyengar yoga in Belfast. Claire's training and practice has spanned many years (and continues!) and she brings her extensive experience to all classes. Many people will know that Iyengar yoga training is rigorous and thorough, covering all aspects of traditional yoga.formerly called Junior Intermediate 3
In these workshops you have more time to dive into the practice, often on the Pune cycle (standings, forward extensions, back extensions, restorative/pranayama) but linked to the whole suite of poses. All levels except complete beginners, options will be given. All classes are 10.30am-1pm.
