The theme this year is ‘Yoga For All Bodies’ and will explore the practical approaches that develop Iyengar yoga classrooms, practice environments and communities, to be diverse, body positive and inclusive. Teachers need to complete an EOL day, or a visit to RIMYI, every 2 years.

About the Event
Eileen is one of Ireland’s most Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher, having been awarded the Senior Intermediate Level III certificate. The event, for teacher and trainee teachers, offers a great learning opportunity for all teachers and trainee teachers to share knowledge and experience in a friendly environment.
The theme this year is ‘Yoga For All Bodies’ and will explore the practical approaches that develop Iyengar yoga classrooms, practice environments and communities, to be diverse, body positive and inclusive.
The aim is to discuss how adaptations are a key to ‘yoga for all bodies’ not only for those who encounter difficulties; to develop awareness as a yoga community; and to develop collectively, growing our teaching environment and community by welcoming ‘difference’.
The event offers a great learning opportunity for all teachers and trainee teachers to share knowledge and experience in a friendly environment.
