About the Event
Mary has been practicing yoga since 1976. After initially qualifying as a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in 1980, she started training in the mid-80's to become an Iyengar yoga teacher, gaining the Introductory certificate in 1989, and progressing over the years to become a Senior Intermediate Level 3 Iyengar teacher in 2004.
Between 2000 and 2018, Mary regularly attended the Institute classes in Pune, where she was taught by Guriji, Geetaji and Prashantji, as well as attending the Yoganusasanam Conventions taught by Geetji at Balewadi.
