Aisling Guirke Monthly Workshop Belfast - July 2026

Aisling Guirke, senior Iyengar yoga teacher based in Dublin, returns to give a three hour long workshop for regular students, teacher trainees and teachers. You should be a regular yoga practitioner (not necessarily from the Iyengar yoga tradition) and familiar with sirsasana (headstand) and sarvangasana (shoulderstand). We'll be doing poses from Levels 1-3.

These are a wonderful opportunity to learn with your peers, benefit from Aisling's great experience of a lifetime of practice and many visits to the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India.
