About the Event
Join us for a full day subsidised workshop (10.30am - 4pm) on Saturday 14th March, 2026.
The day will start off at 10.30am with a 2.5 hour workshop, led by Aisling Guirke, followed by an hour for for lunch, and then another 2 hour workshop.
If space is available there will be a limited number of non member tickets available. To attend, you must have a minimum of two years Iyengar yoga practice, and be able to do Sirsasana and Sarvangasana independently.
